Terms & Conditions | Innova Crysta in Una

By booking a vehicle or using our comprehensive transportation solutions including our luxury Innova Crysta in Una, spacious Force Tempo Travellers, sedans, airport transfers, outstation taxis, and wedding car rentals you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking & Reservations

  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings made through our premier Una cab service are confirmed upon submitting accurate travel details (Pickup, Destination, Travel Dates, and Fleet Selection) and receiving official confirmation from our team via Call or WhatsApp.

  • Vehicle Availability: When you book an Innova Crysta in Una or choose our dedicated Tempo Traveller Service in Una (such as our 12, 17, or 20 Seater Traveller in Una), vehicles are allocated based on schedule and availability. If a specific model is undergoing mandatory maintenance, an equivalent or upgraded category vehicle will be deployed.

  • Advance Payment: A standard advance deposit is required to lock in reservations for high-demand outstation tours, peak tourist seasons, corporate transport, and wedding events.

 

2. Pricing, Tolls & Extra Charges

  • Transparent Pricing: As the trusted Una cab service provider, Garg Tour & Travels operates on a strict "No Hidden Charges" policy. Quoted fares cover the agreed itinerary, vehicle category, fuel, and professional driver allowances.

  • Exclusions: Unless explicitly bundled into your custom tour package quote, interstate taxes, state entry permit fees, local parking charges, and national highway toll taxes are payable directly by the customer during the journey.

  • Overtime & Extra Kilometers: Travel exceeding the pre-agreed rental hours or designated kilometer threshold will incur standard per-kilometer or per-hour surcharge rates upon trip completion.

3. On-Time Pickup & Route Management

  • Punctuality & Timelines: We prioritize timely departures for every route. However, minor delays caused by severe traffic congestion, unexpected road diversions, adverse weather, or force majeure events remain beyond our operational control.

  • Seating & Luggage Capacity: Passengers are advised to select vehicles suited to their group size and luggage needs. Whether hiring a premium Innova Crysta in Una (up to 6–7 passengers) or a spacious 20 Seater Traveller in Una, passenger counts must strictly adhere to the RTO-registered seating capacity. Overloading is prohibited.

4. Passenger Responsibilities & Vehicle Conduct

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations received within short notice (under 24 hours) or failure to show up at the scheduled pickup point will result in forfeiture of the advance booking deposit.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Personal Belongings: Garg Tour & Travels is not liable for lost, damaged, or forgotten personal valuables inside the vehicle, though our staff will make every effort to safely trace and return recovered items.

  • Unforeseen Disruptions: We are not liable for journey interruptions stemming from natural disasters, regional strikes, highway closures, or sudden mechanical breakdowns (in which case a replacement vehicle will be arranged promptly).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the statutory laws of India. Any legal claims or disputes arising out of our transportation and rental services fall exclusively under the legal jurisdiction of the courts in Una, Himachal Pradesh, India.
